Here’s a brief summary of what can be found in Songs for a Hero, which pays homage to several classic games from the 8-bit and 16-bit eras, while also making fun of several clichés found in the gaming world.
One of the project’s differences is the dynamic and humorous soundtrack, which narrates the player’s achievements and responds to his commands, becoming a fundamental element for the progress of the story. All of this will be complemented with puzzles, special items, epic battles and everything a good video game needs.
Composition and structure of the game
- 22 acts, distributed in 8 stages, plus 6 minibosses hidden in the 3rd act of the first 6 stages;
- An expansion called “Encore” consisting of 1 stage and 3 acts.
- A DLC called “Songs for a Dead”, consisting of 1 stage and 3 acts;
- Forecast of a new DLC called “Samba for a Hero” for 2021
