State of Decay 2 is an open-world survival fantasy game. After the zombie apocalypse, your small group of survivors tries to rebuild a corner of civilization and you can decide how this will happen.
You decide who to recruit for your team, where to set up your community, how to fortify and improve your base and when it’s time to look for a better place. You select which survivor will go along on the scavenging exploration in search of food and ammo. You choose who will fight the zombies that attack the base. You choose how to deal with other people who move to your city. Will you be friendly and kind… or defend your territory aggressively?
In this game, each player’s experience is unique. Each character in your community has their own skills and traits, so no two communities are the same. The challenges you face also vary from game to game, based on who you’ve recruited and the decisions you make along the way.
