The story
Valerian Isles, the jewels of the Obero Sea. Long central to naval trade, the people of the islands have fought throughout their history for dominance over their coastline.
Until finally, a man capable of ending this conflict emerged: Dorgalua Oberyth. But history would know him as the “Dynast-King”. King Dorgalua set out to undo the animosity between the people of the island, and for fifty years, Valeria knew what it was to prosper.
But with the king’s death, a civil war broke out with three factions seeking to take control: the Bakrams, who included a large part of Valeria’s nobility; the Galgastani, who comprised the majority of the islands’ population; and the Walister, who were outnumbered.
The islands soon found themselves divided between the Bakram and the Galgastani, with an uneasy peace establishing itself across the region. Still, no one believed it would last…
