You’ll still need to take Be careful, as hordes of zombies still dominate the streets and you are no superhuman. In fact, you are one of those infected and will eventually die, either from hostile undead or because your body succumbed to the virus. But when that happens, you can start over as a new survivor, with the perks and upgrades gained from your progress from your last attempt to adventure once again.
